CroNoMar d.o.o. je inovativna hrvatska tvrtka u stranom, javnom vlasništvu - norveška vladina agencija i norveški poduzetnički inkubator, osnovana s ciljem prepoznavanja i stvaranja novih poslovnih mogućnosti kroz projekte u kojima zajedno sudjeluju norveški i hrvatski partneri.
CroNoMar predstavlja norvešku stranu u sklopu hrvatsko-norveškog projekta uspostave Pomorskog Inovacijskog Centra - iNavis u Šibeniku,koji je realiziran partnerskom suradnjom Grada Šibenika i norveškog Ministarstva vanjskih poslova.
Dugoročni cilj uspostave iNavis-a jest formiranje prepoznatljive lokacije za razvoj poslovanja poduzetnika u sektoru mora i pomorstva, Centra u kojem će biti smještene postojeće i nove tvrtke s ciljem proširenja poslovnih mreža na globalnoj razini, gdje su temeljne pokretačke sile daljnjeg razvoja konkurentnost i kompetencije,koje su nužno potrebne i za razvoj projekata i tvrtki u Hrvatskoj.
Aktivnosti CroNoMar-a usmjerene su na stvaranje uvjeta za nove poslovne aktivnostii razvoj tvrtki unutar sektora mora i pomorstva,te poticanje kreativnosti i inovativnosti u svrhu razvoja novih, inovativnih proizvoda, novih usluga ili novih, održivih poslovnih modela/procesa, s krajnjim ciljem podizanja konkurentnosti „start-up“ i postojećih tvrtki, kako u Šibeniku, tako i u cijeloj Hrvatskoj.
CroNoMar upravlja Inovacijskim inkubatorom u sklopu iNavis centra, te je jedan od poduzetničkih inkubatora i tehnoloških parkova koji su dobili bespovratnu potporu Ministarstva poduzetništva i obrta u 2013.godini. Krajem listopada, CroNoMar je potpisao s ministarstvom Ugovor o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava u iznosu od 646.794,65 kuna.
Sredstva su dobivena u okviru Mjere C „Razvoj poduzetničke infrastrukture i poslovnog okruženja“, aktivnost C2 - Tehnološki parkovi i poduzetnički inkubatori, iz Programa poticanja poduzetništva i obrta „Poduzetnički impuls 2013.“, a namijenjena su za jačanje konkurentnosti i razvoja tehnološki usmjerenih i na znanju utemeljenih malih i srednjih poduzetnika, odnosno poduzetnika početnika čija se djelatnos ttemelji na visokom tehnologijama i inovacijama, te podizanju razine poduzetničkih znanja i vještina.
Ministarstvo poduzetništva i obrta prepoznalo je rad CroNoMar-a i inicijativu usmjerenu na podizanje konkurentnosti malih i srednjih poduzetnika kroz primjenu novih, inovativnih tehnološko – tehničkih alata,uz prijenos znanja i iskustva u razvoju novih poslovnih modela i u podizanju konkurentnosti,koji se dugi niz godina uspješno primjenjuju u Norveškoj.
Dobivena sredstva bit će utrošena za nabavu tehnološko naprednih alata među kojima bi istaknuli inovativne, moderne software za 2D i 3D projektiranje, uređaj za ispitivanja kvalitete i centriranje propelerske osovine, podvodni ultrazvučni mjerač debljine stijenke, podvodni mjerač potencija katodne zaštite i mnogi drugi, koji će omogućiti podizanje konkurentnosti tehnološki orijentiranih poduzetnika.
Sredstva iz poduzetničkog impulsa 2013. bit će utrošena i na organiziranje radionice s konkretnim primjerima najbolje prakse iz područja nadzora i upravljanja obalnim prometom i drugim pomorskim aktivnostima – norveški model, te mogućnostima za Hrvatsku, te radionice na temu kako pristupiti norveškom tržištu nafte i plina. Obje radionice održat će norveški stručnjaci iz referentnih područja. Projekt će trajati od studenog 2013. godine dosvibnja 2014. godine, dok se održavanje spomenutih radionica planira za proljeće 2014. godine.

Innovation Incubator of iNavis Centre –CroNoMar, has obtained grants from Ministry of entrepreneurship and crafts, Program“ Poduzetnički impuls 2013”
CroNoMar d.o.o. is an innovative Croatian company in a foreign, public ownership - the Norwegian governmental agency and Norwegian business incubator, established with the aim of identifying and creating new business opportunities through projects with Norwegian and Croatian partners.
CroNoMar presents the Norwegian side of the Croatian - Norwegian project of establishing the Maritime Innovation Centre - iNavis in Sibenik , realized through cooperation between City of Sibenik and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs .
The long-term goal of establishing the iNavis is forming a recognizable location for the development of entrepreneurs within the marine/maritime sector, the Centre which will host existing and new businesses in order to expand networking on a global level, where the basic fundament is the driving force in further development of competitiveness and competence necessary for the development of projects and companies in Croatia.
CroNoMar activities are aimed towards creation of conditions for developing new business activities and companies within the marine and maritime sectors, as well asfor encouraging creativity and innovation in order to develop new , innovative products, new services or new, sustainable business model / processes, with the goal of raising competitiveness of "start- up" and existing companies , both in Sibenik, and in the whole of Croatia.
The Innovation Incubator of iNavis Centre is under CroNoMar`s management, and is one of business incubators and technology parks that have received grant support from the Ministry of entrepreneurship and crafts for 2013. In late October , CroNoMar has signed a Contract with the Ministry for the grant support in the amount of HRK 646,794.65.
The funds were received under Measure C "Development of business infrastructure and business environment ," Activity C2 - Technology parks and incubators , from the Programfor encouraging entrepreneurship and crafts " Poduzetnički impuls 2013 " and are intended for the strengthening of the competitiveness and development of technological oriented and knowledge – based SMEs and entrepreneurs whose business is based on high technology and innovation, as well as raising the level of entrepreneurial skills.
The Ministry of entrepreneurship and crafts has recognized the work of CroNoMar and its initiatives aimed towards raising the competitiveness of SMEs through the implementation of new, innovative technology tools, accompanied with the transfer of knowledge and experience from developing of new business models and increase of competitiveness from the models that are for many years successfully applied in Norway.
The grant will be spent on the purchase of technologically advanced tools, where we can highlight the innovative, modern software for 2D and 3D design, a device for measurement and alignment system – shaft alignment, ultrasonic digital thickness gauge, device for determining the corrosion of sub sea structures and many others, which will enable increase in competitiveness of technology-based entrepreneurs.
The grants from Poduzetnički impuls 2013 will also be spent on organizing the workshop with concrete examples of best practices in the field of Monitoring and handling of costal traffic and other maritime activities – the Norwegian model and possibilities/potential for Croatia, and workshops How to Approach the Norwegian oil & gas-market. Both workshops will be held by Norwegian experts from reference areas. The project will last from November 2013 til May 2014, while the conduction of mentioned workshops is planned for the spring 2014.
