New deliveries = New successes!
On Monday, 23 November 2015, two more working boats built at NCP Repair Shipyardwill be delivered to the customer by which an impressive figure of 45 exported catamarans for Norwegian and other internationalaquaculturemarkets in the last four years has been achieved. Boats built in Sibenik are used in daily operations at the fish farms around the world.
This successful project of work boat production started already in 2010 and thanks to product quality and competitiveness in relation to other producers, has been continued by contracting of new models and types of ships. Regardless of the type of the boat and its purpose, each one is specific and it is built according to the demands of the end customer.
The whole project started through mediation ofCroNoMar, a Croatian company in Norwegian ownership, whose main goal is to connecting and realization of business cooperation between Norwegian and Croatian companies.
Neither Croatian nor foreign partners do not hide satisfaction with the development of cooperation. The first business contacts have opened the way towards the success, but it was difficult to predict that in a very short such a large number of catamarans for international buyerswill be built and that Croatian exporters in the sector of shipbuilding will achieve the expected results.
More importantly, new contract for the construction of new types of vessels are visible. Negotiations on this are at the end, and that means not only the growth in revenue and earnings, but also new employment of various profiles of workers in the Croatian shipbuildingandengineeringsector.
