Recently in 2016 a major upgrading of the PM 1375 catamaran vessels has been implemented. A new propulsion system with Controllable Pitch Propellers (CPP) with new engine type and keel-cooling is the main upgrading with significantly improved operability and maneuverability, and doubled electrical capacity. Also, superstructure is modified with extended workshop. This has been partly implemented on vessels WB 157-165 and to full extent on vessels WB 168-173 ordered in December 2016.
