Uspješan nastavak radionica u iNavis Centru 

U utorak, 15.siječnja 2013.g. u iNavis Centru u organizaciji tvrtke CroNoMar održana je još jedna u nizu radionica na temu razvoja poslovanja. Odaziv poduzetnika na treću održanu radionicu u iNavis Centru s temama „Kako privući investitore“, te „Poslovno upravljanje – ekonomski management“,  pokazala je koliki je zaista interes hrvatskih poduzetnika za konkretnim primjerima iz uspješnog Norveškog poslovanja i prakse. 

Prvu radionicu vodio je Jan Erik Foss, investicijski manager u tvrtci Leiv Eiriksson Nyskaping AS (LEN). 

Kako prezentirati poslovnu ideju, koncept ili proizvod, koliko je važna komercijalizacija i plasman na tržište, te kako privući investitora – teme su o kojima se, među ostalim, raspravljalo na radionici. Sudionici radionice mogli su na konkretnim primjerima doznati koliko je važna evaluacija poslovne ideje na samom početku, te kako je pronalazak potencijalnog investitora jedan od ključnih faktora za uspješan nastavak poslovanja.  Bez obzira na osobne resurse, poduzetnici se u početnoj fazi razvoja poslovanja, često oslanjaju na vanjske izvore startnog financiranja. Kako bi privukli potencijalne investitore, potrebno je imati jasno razrađenu poslovnu ideju, poslovni plan i marketinšku strategiju.

Drugu radionicu „Poslovno upravljanje – ekonomski management“ vodio je Denis Vlahov direktor tvrtke  Vlahov. Što je budget, koliko je važno unaprijed postaviti sve stavke u budgetu, te koje su temeljne funkcije budgeta, Vlahov je sudionicima radionice pokušao približiti „stvarnu“  dobit ističući kvalitetan proračun kao jedan od ključnih faktora za uspjeh tvtke. 

Jan Erik Foss jer nakon pauze za ručak održao i konzultacije jedan-na-jedan za sve zainteresirane poduzetnike koji su imali konkretnih pitanja. Uz uspješan start, slijedeće radionice planirane su već u veljači.

Successful continuation of business courses at iNavis

On Tuesday 15thJanuary 2013 at iNavis Centar in Sibenik one more course on business development was held. Number of participants attending the course „How to attract investors“and „ Economic Management“  has shown how big interest entrepreneurs for concretesuccessful examples from Norwegian practices have.

The first course was held by Jan Erik Foss, an Investment manager at the Leiv Eiriksson Nyskaping AS (LEN).How to present a business idea, concept or product, whycommercialization and placement of product to the market are important and how to attract investors – were the topics discussed at the business development course.The participants could see on concrete examples how important is the evaluation of business idea at the initial phase and how finding an investor is one of the key factors for the successful continuation of businesses. Regardless to personal resources, in the early stage of developing the businessentrepreneurs are often looking for external sources of financing.In order to attract potential investors, entrepreneurs must have well elaborated business idea, business plan and marketing strategy. 

The second course„ Economic Management“ was held by Denis Vlahov CEO of Vlahov company. What is a budget, how much is important to pre-set all items in budget and what is the core function of budgeting, Vlahov has tried to bring closer to the participantsin order to show participants “real” profit emphasizing quality formed budget as one of the key factors for successful business development. 

Jan Erik Foss, after lunch break held one-on-one consultations for all interesed entrepreneurs who have had a concreate questions. Continuing on the successful start, the following business course are planned in February.
