In order to ensure efficient knowledge transfer CroNoMar organized for employee’s 10-day study tour to Norway. It was recommended to visit the similar institutions and companies dealing/involved with the marine/maritime sector.
The visit to Norway helped the CroNoMar employees to learn from their foreign colleagues, establish contacts as well as to develop and promote the image of Croatia as a good location for foreign investment.
