Newsletter of Cronomar Ltd. is electronic newsletter. Newsletter is delivered by e-mail following the discretion of the publisher, maximum once per month. The purpose of the newsletter is to provide information to the subscribers about activities of Cronomar Ltd

Newsletter - anti-spam policy
As Cronomar Ltd. we are familiar with standards and good practice of electronic advertising. The system of newsletter that we use has a "double opt-in" option, which from the new subscriber who signs up through websites of Cronomar Ltd. on the www.cronomar.hr requires additional subscription confirmation through e-mail. In this way we avoid entering of someone else's e-mail address into the subscription.

Editorial of newsletters has discretion right to add new subscribers to the newsletter list, provided that he first submits welcome newsletter with the option to regulate your subscription status and to unsubscribe from the list if you do not want to receive the newsletter.
Once logged out subscriber will no longer receive the newsletter, unless he re-applies.

Terms of newsletter use 
Subscription to the newsletter is free of charge.
All subscribers who have through the website Cronomar Ltd. sign up for the newsletter list, as well as those who have received the newsletter welcome, and have not sign out, are agreed to receive the newsletter in their email inbox in frequency of up to once per month. User along with submitting delivers his name and e-mail address.
Cronomar Ltd. undertakes that each sent newsletter will obligatory contain links to profile of the subscriber as well as the option to unsubscribe from the list directly from the newsletter.
Cronomar Ltd. confirms that all collected information about users, will be used exclusively for communication of Cronomar Ltd. with subscribers, and will not be publicly announced or distributed or sold to the third parties.

Copyright for the newsletter
Subscribers who receive the newsletter can the same for free in non changed format forward to friends or acquaintances in order to promote Cronomar Ltd. activities or to familiarize interested parties about subscribing to the newsletter. All content in each edition of the newsletter (including but not limited to: text, images, graphics, design, programming code) is the intellectual property right of Cronomar Ltd. or with Cronomar Ltd. associated partners (www.egomedia.hr and www.arcos.hr), unless otherwise indicated.
Subscribers to the newsletter Cronomar Ltd. are in agreement that by receiving the newsletter they do not acquire any copyright to the content that they have received.

Responsibility for the newsletter
Subscribers to the newsletters are agreed that the information they received exclusively for their personal information and that downloaded content will not be misused or used in an inappropriate way, and that they will not transfer or pass on information taken out of context with the aim of discrediting the publisher and the people and events described in the content.

If a subscriber to the newsletter forward it to a third party who is not a subscriber to the newsletter, Cronomar Ltd. disclaims responsibility for any complaints on spam by those third party. Newsletter Cronomar Ltd. subscribers will receive exclusively from the e-mail addresses newsletter@cronomar.hr.

Cronomar Ltd. reserves the discretion right for determining the frequency of issuing the newsletter, provided that it does not exceed more than twice a month.

Cronomar Ltd. does not undertake to respect the maximum of monthly publication and may  issue in one month only one or none newsletter.

The Newsletter of Cronomar Ltd. is created with appropriate technology that is not invasive to the recipient nor does it contain any hidden mechanisms or programs that could have impact on the computer of the subscribers.
Because of different client programs to receive and read electronic masages, Cronomar Ltd. cannot guarantee that the content of thenewsletter will be presented in a unique and uniform manner in terms of design to all of the subscribers. In each issued newsletter, a publisher provides a link for review of the newsletter at the web browser.

Publisher of the Cronomar Ltd. newslettermay change these terms at any time without notification. The Subscribers agree that after the changes the new terms of use are applied. These terms of use are applicable from 01.01.2015.
