Innovation Incubator in Maritime Innovation Centre-iNavis, Sibenik  managed by CroNoMar  is operational since July 2012. Innovation management is actively supporting new start-ups and  Existing companies in marine/maritime sector with business  Development competence including courses for entrepreneurs, Networks and experience. Active seed investments within Limitation of resources are available.

As a successful result between tenant companies and commercial Clients, a contract between tenant company Azara crew agency – Crewing agency from Croatia and Maroff crewing - agency from Norway (offshore industry) has been concluded. In connecting these 2 Companies, CroNoMar had major role acting as an innovation consultant between Croatian companies and International Clients supporting companies through whole “value Chain” from idea to commercialization providing companies direct Access to international markets. The majority of activities and turn-over takes place in local Croatian Industry through new contracts and products/services delivered to New business - relations that are created by CroNoMar.

Additional to activities within Innovation Incubator, CroNoMar offers “Virtual Incubation” for companies all over Croatia providing wide range of activities aimed for business development. Successful work of CroNoMar continues through already recognized Projects of building Aluminum work boats at NCP shipyard in Sibenik for Norwegian aquaculture market,  building leisure boats  in Zadar for Norwegian clients, implementation of Maritime Innovation Centre –  iNavis, export of maritime Equipment produced in Croatia throughout  World creating overall indirect export value of more than 40 mil KN in  2012.

New project that is in startup phase and is aiming to become another success story is Outsourcing engineering services from Croatia for high tech project to Norwegian market.
