PROJECT NAME: “COoperation for DEvelopment of aquaculture – CODE “Aquaculture”
OVERALL OBJECTIVE: to contribute to cooperation strengthening of Croatian and Norwegian institutions and businesses in aquaculture sector by creating strategic document for planning and managing aquaculture in Šibenik-Knin County.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
1. To create a quality basis for planning aquaculture development in Šibenik-Knin County and for realization of business cooperation between Croatian and Norwegian partners.
2. To promote potentials for cooperation of Croatian and Norwegian stakeholders in aquaculture sector from planning to business relationship.
3. To create and disseminate knowledge, R&D expertise and experience for a more sustainable development of the Croatian aquaculture sector, supported by Norwegian experience and expertise.
ACTIVITIES: Development of the Study – “Mapping resource potentials for development and management of aquaculture sector in Šibenik-Knin County” will include analysis of the situation, identify areas suitable for aquaculture, provide conclusions that will serve as a foundation for further spatial planning and project planning. The process of study development will include a wide range of stakeholders, which enables transfer of knowledge and experience. Public presentation of the Study aims to promote cooperation opportunities for the development of aquaculture in Šibenik-Knin County to interested Croatian and Norwegian stakeholders.

NAZIV PROJEKTA: „Suradnja za razvoj marikulture“ - „CODE Aquaculture“
CILJ PROJEKTA: doprinijeti jačanju suradnje hrvatskih i norveških institucija i tvrtki u sektoru marikulture kroz izradu strateškog dokumenta za planiranje i upravljanje sektorom marikulture u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji.
POSEBNI CILJEVI:
- izraditi kvalitetnu podlogu za planiranje razvoja marikulture u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji te za realizaciju poslovne suradnje između hrvatskih i norveških partnera.
- promovirati potencijale za suradnju između hrvatskih i norveških dionika u sektoru marikulture.
- unaprijediti i promovirati znanje, I&R i iskustvo za održivi razvoj hrvatskog sektora marikulture koristeći norveška iskustva i znanja.
AKTIVNOSTI: Izrada Studije koja će uključiti analizu stanja, identificirati područja pogodna za marikulturu, dati zaključke i podloge koji će biti kvalitetna podloga za daljnje prostorno planiranje i projektno planiranje. Proces njene izrade će uključiti širok krug dionika s područja Šibensko-kninske županije, ali i iz Norveške koji će omogućiti prijenos znanja i iskustva. Javno prezentiranje Studije široj javnosti na području Šibensko-kninske županije i Hrvatske, te zainteresiranim Norveškim dionicima kako bi se promovirale mogućnosti suradnje za razvoj marikulture.

PROVODITELJI: Javna ustanova Razvojna agencija Šibensko-kninske županije je nositelj projekta, a partneri su CroNoMar i Nofima AS.
